This is one of my most requested recipes Spinach salad. Sorry I didn't have a picture,so I had to use one off the Internet.
1 bag spinach
3hard boiled eggs (chopped)
1/2 small can of water chestnuts (chopped)
6 strip of cooked bacon (cut up into small bite size pieces.
Mix every thing in a bowl . then make your dressing. In a plastic zip lock bag mix 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup chopped onions,2 tbl vinegar, 2 tbl Worcestershire sauce, 3 tbl ketchup. Close bag and shake till combined and sugar is desolved. You can also use a canning jar. Put dressing on right before serving.

ReplyDeleteHi Michelle,
ReplyDeleteI just happened to come across your blog which caught my eye because you mention Tehachapi? Well my hometown is a tiny little town not too far from there. I remember our high school sports teams used to play against Tehachapi....back in the day. :) Anyway, I'm not a Country Homemaker per se, since I now live in the city - but I thought I'd link up my post {recipes} if that is ok. :) I'm also now following your site. Have a great night!
~Jessie
P.S. Thank you kindly for hosting! :)
ReplyDeleteI just noticed that my "giveaway" is posted on this linky site?!?! I'm now confused because I did not link that up?!?!? Hmmm..that is so odd....regardless, thanks again for hosting!
ReplyDeleteI can't link up anything from your post to the hop. Some how when you posted the cupcakes it also posted your give away.
ReplyDeleteHi Michelle. Really? I've never heard of that before! lol I've been linking up for months, and I know you need to add a separate url each time! Maybe it's a glitch or maybe someone else linked it up. It doesn't matter - you can leave it there if you want. I just didn't want you to think I was adding my giveaway on your particular link site {some link ups have rules not to add giveaways, that's why}. Anyway, nice to meet you!
DeleteOne good thing is, it will bring people to your site. I am helping Heidi host this hop. If you like I can see if she can take the give away off.
ReplyDeleteMy friend Heidi has the use of my blog. She does all the links for the hops. You are more then welcome to add give away. By the way yours give away looks great.
ReplyDeleteMichelle's spinach salad is AMAZING. If you haven't got a recipe that you love, TRY hers.
