My family loves these cookies. I make them about once a month.
RECIPE
2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 sticks butter (softened)
3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
1 bag Toll house mini chocolate chips
1/2 bag of heath pieces ( you can find these where the chocolate chips are.)
Mix all the ingredients together. Place by rounded spoon full on a cookie sheet. Cook at 375 for 10 to 11 minutes. Till golden brown. Let cool on cookie sheet for 3 min. Finish cooling on a wire rack.
Sounds great! I have been putting Heath chips in my brownies recently too!
ReplyDeleteOh, I read this wrong. I was so excited too. I thought it said Chocolate Chip HEALTH cookies! Wow, something sweet and great that would be healthy too. No matter, these look great and have the heath pieces rather than nuts (which I have problems digesting properly). I will have to make some, the Christmas cookie jar is empty. They really look good.
ReplyDeletealways appreciated in my house!
