Tiff's breakfast pizza

I have to brag on my daughter. I was really tired after work and her dad was home sick. So she volunteered to cook dinner. She went thru the frig and found pizza dough. So started her creation of breakfast pizza.
                                             Tiff's Breakfast  Pizza
1 container of Pillsbury  Pizza Dough
1 pound of ground sausage
1 cup milk
1 1/2 tablespoon of flour.
1/2 teaspoon of creole seasoning
6  eggs
dash of garlic salt
1 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper

Roll pizza dough out on pan. Cook for 9 minutes at 425. Cook your sausage till done. Whisk the flour into milk, add to sausage. Add the creole seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Cook till gravy is the thickness of a pancake batter.   In separate pan  scramble eggs with garlic salt and pepper. Place the sausage gravy on the pizza dough .Spread out all the way to the edge. Add the eggs and cheese, also spreading to the edge. Place back in oven and cook till cheese is melted.

I was really surprised how good this was with the mozzarella cheese.  She did a great job for cooking dinner right off the top of her head. This will be going into the family cook book. It was so good. I can't wait to have the left overs for breakfast tomorrow.

  14. Undeniably believe that which you said. Your favorite justification appeared to be on the web
the simplest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I definitely get irked
while people think about worries that they just do not
know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and
also defined out the whole thing without having side-effects , people can take a signal.
Will likely be back to get more. Thanks
